Our preferred shipping methods are UPS Ground and the United States Postal Service, depending on the weight and the need to track the products. Shipping charges for orders shipped within the continental United States are calculated on the basis of the total amount of the purchase.

We are able to provide shipping at the rates shown above based on the ability of Bethel Botanicals to select the optimal shipping method for the package. We will be happy to ship your order via any method you desire; you will be charged for any additional costs incurred.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping charges; these charges are based on shipping weight, rather than order amount. Our shipping department will prepare your order for transit and we will provide you with shipping options and prices. Your order will be sent via the method you select.
We re-use packaging provided by manufacturers when we can. All packing products that we buy are bio-degradable. The loose fill "peanuts" are made from vegetable starch and readily dissolve with water, unless we are recycling.
Sales Tax for Massachusetts
We are a Massachusetts based business. State sales tax of 5% will be added to purchases shipped to destinations within the state of Massachusetts. Tax is computed on sales of all goods with the exception of clothing, food and teas.
